Simple solutions are the holy grail of every designer. In a world where we are connecting everything with bluetooth technology, the simplest solutions are still desirable.

The sugar dispenser called the pureZed is a simple solution to pouring portioned amounts of sugar. Sugar has been portioned out in many ways including the sugar cube, the sugar packet, or “how many scoops would you like?”.

The intelligent design of the pureZed allows you to pour one teaspoon of sugar each time. With each pour it rations out enough sugar for the next pour.

The design of the pureZed is unique and eye catching. It’s organic shape and lines immediately draws your attention and makes you want to know what exactly it is.

One major downside with the pureZed is that at a glance it is not obvious what it is or how it works. It is not an easy logical jump to go from a bowl of sugar to the curvy pureZed. But who knows, this may become a staple in the kitchen of every tea and coffee drinker in the near future.
